Let's dare to replace our traditional spreads and jams with a delightful nougat-based idea, of course!
Ingredients:
- 12 wheat crêpes
For the nougat butter:
- 100g salted butter
- 50g Montélimar nougat from Maison Val Roubion
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Preparation:
Start by taking the butter out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before using it. In a mixing bowl, soften it with a fork until it reaches a creamy consistency.
In a saucepan, melt the nougat in the milk. Let it cool, then incorporate it into the butter. Mix until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous texture.
Place the nougat butter on some plastic wrap and shape it into a roll, ensuring both ends are sealed. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Warm the crêpes and place a dollop of nougat butter on each one. Let it melt and enjoy immediately!
Tip:
You can try this recipe with Provençal nougat or black nougat to vary the flavors!
