Shipping and returns
Maison Val Roubion delivers its products in mainland France and the European Union. The products are dispatched with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated at the time of your order. Maison Val Roubion cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not its fault.
Home delivery
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number and carrier link provided at the time of dispatch. The order is delivered directly to the recipient's letterbox, size permitting.
Delivery times
The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. Delivery times take into account the preparation time in our workshops and the carrier's delivery time.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. Packages are dispatched via GLS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
La Maison Val Roubion makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines. However, La Maison Val Roubion cannot be held responsible fir any delays in delivery due to a major holiday with heavy delivery traffic or to any case of force majeure. During periods of peak carrier activity (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
Charges
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Your parcel is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragine items. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
Complaints
La Maison Val Roubion does its utmost to satisfy you. If you have complaints, you can contact us via the "contact" section of our website, specifying the order number concerned.
If the product has not been delivered for any reason other than force majeure or the aforementioned cases (absence of the recipient, incorrect information, etc.), the sale may be cancelled and the buyer may obtain a refund of the price, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages. We remind you that you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the legal guarantee relating to the consequences of hidden defects or faults provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
